The opportunity to join our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice as a Senior Manager in GRC/IRM ServiceNow Technology Implementation Solutions. You will guide clients through complex regulatory landscapes, enhance internal controls, and mitigate risks effectively. This role allows you to deepen your expertise, lead diverse teams, and contribute to the firm’s success by delivering high-quality results and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions using ServiceNow technology.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance strategies and risk management practices.
  • Manage complex projects to enhance clients' internal controls and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and programs for clients.
  • Conduct compliance audits and assessments to validate adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention measures.
  • Utilize data analysis and interpretation skills to identify and address compliance risks.
  • Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story.
  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities.
  • Direct teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
  • Initiate open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams.
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards within the firm.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 7 years of experience.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) technology.
  • Utilization of ISO/IEC 27001 Standards for regulatory compliance.
  • Application of NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) in risk management.
  • Implementation of compliance programs with a focus on anti-money laundering.
  • Leadership in complex regulatory risk assessments.
  • Ability to craft and convey impactful messages.
  • Experience developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
