Grave Shift Case Manager/Peer Support, Full-time

About the role

Full-time, Graveyard shift, 6 pm to 6 am. 40 hours/week with an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in a crisis setting and assist in supporting client's needs throughout their stay at the Crisis Receiving Center
• Assist clients with intake paperwork and notify clients of the rules of the center
• Assist with crisis de-escalation by assessing client's needs and connecting them to resources within the community
• Communicate discharge plans with clients and staff
• Maintain day-to-day communication with staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including completing day-to-day cleaning tasks for the center
• Transport clients as required
• Work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion throughout their experience

Requirements

• Maintain confidentiality as an essential job requirement
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. and bend, sit, and stand for periods of time
• Pass drug test, background check, and possess a driver's license

Qualifications

Pay

Starting pay is $18.57/hr; salary depends on experience and education. $2.00/hour differential for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays and between the hours of 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Up to an additional $4.00/hr. available.
