Graphics Production Lead

About the role

Davey Coach Sales is seeking a full‑time Graphics Production Lead to oversee the production and installation of graphics on a variety of surfaces while supporting administrative functions within the graphics department. The role manages coordination and execution of graphic projects for vehicles, both on‑site and at out‑of‑state locations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion. The position requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on‑site production and installation as necessary to perform daily and weekly work activities.
• Ensure production/installation is accomplished according to the production schedule.
• Work with the Graphic Designer to create production files.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Participate in systems, policies, and procedures to maintain production efficiency.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with material orders.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment with proper use of equipment and resources.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Remain clocked in on current jobs when installing.
• Attend all team meetings.
• Validate Repair Orders in the system and/or create Repair Orders for stock units.
• Prepare buses for shipping by completing inspections to the satisfaction of the Manager.
• Detail buses.

Requirements

• High School diploma or higher education, preferably with previous experience in the graphics field.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments.

Pay

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour
