We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Preserve all substantive info. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Intro paragraph about SpeedPro, description of company, role description. - "Primary Roles and Responsibilities:" list. - "Other Roles and Responsibilities:" list. - "Required Skills:" list. - "Compensation and Benefits:" includes pay range, bonus, training, healthcare contribution, cell phone reimbursement, 401(K) matching, free uniforms, dental insurance, vision insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, employee discounts. Also there is earlier "Benefits:" line at top: "Benefits: 401(k) matchingBonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryDental insuranceEmployee discountsFree uniformsHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & development". That seems duplicate of later benefits. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe intro), Responsibilities (primary + other), Requirements (maybe required skills?), Qualifications (maybe experience?), Skills (maybe required skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if schedule mentioned). The posting says "This is a full-time, career position". That's schedule info: full-time. So we can include Schedule section with "Full-time". Also maybe mention "Work is both indoors and outdoors". That's not schedule but could be part of responsibilities. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to include sections only if we have real content. Let's extract content: About the role: The paragraph(s) describing role: "At SpeedPro, we create visual experiences that change the world... The Large Format Graphics Installer is an important member of our team, and often a key on-site contact for our clients. We want your artistic side to shine through, so a keen eye for detail is required. While we can make the print look beautiful, it is often the installation of that print that can make or break the project. This is a full-time, career position where you will be empowered to make decisions, execute programs and achieve results. You will also have the opportunity to develop new fundamental processes and initiatives; we want to trust your professionalism in order to delight our clients. And, we offer a fun, creative, supportive environment, because we love what we do!" That's substantive. Responsibilities: Primary Roles and Responsibilities list (multiple bullet points). Also "Other Roles and Responsibilities:" list. We can combine them under Responsibilities heading. Requirements: maybe "Required Skills:" list includes experience, ability to lift, etc. Also "Applicants should also have experience in Vinyl Production - Taping / Weeding / Masking". Also "Able to fully wrap a vehicle solo (there will be a wrap test during interview)". Also "1+ years of experience installing a wide variety of large format sign and graphics projects such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics, vehicle lettering and vehicle wraps, to name a few." Also "Highly motivated with a great attitude; a problem-solver at heart". Also "Highly detail oriented". Also "Able to lift 60lbs and swing a 3lb hammer". So we can put these under Requirements or Skills. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. We have both Required Skills and maybe Qualifications (experience). Could combine. We can have: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (primary + other) - Requirements (experience, lift, etc.) - Skills (maybe specific skills like vehicle wrap, vinyl production, detail oriented, problem-solver). But could overlap. Better to follow typical: Requirements = experience, qualifications; Skills = abilities. But we can just put all under Requirements and maybe not have Skills if redundant. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one section called Requirements (or Skills). But we need to follow headings list; we can choose which to include. We have Benefits: we have list from Compensation and Benefits plus earlier Benefits line. We'll combine. Pay: we have "$20-$30/hr (based on experience)" plus "Quarterly bonus potential". Also maybe "Competitive salary" earlier but we have specific. Schedule: "This is a full-time, career position". So schedule: Full-time. We should not include sections with filler like "Opportunity for advancement" (that's benefit). Already in benefits. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement. Remove that. Now produce HTML:

    • Mileage reimbursement

    Pay

    $20-$30/hr (based on experience)

    Quarterly bonus potential

    Schedule

    Full-time

We need to ensure we didn't repeat content. Some benefits duplicated: we have "Bonus based on performance" and also "Quarterly bonus potential" under Pay. Might be okay but could be considered duplication. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. The posting had "Bonus based on performance" in the initial Benefits line, and later "Quarterly bonus potential". They are similar but not identical; one is generic bonus, the other specifies quarterly. We could keep both but maybe combine: Under Benefits we can have "Bonus based on performance (quarterly)". Under Pay we can keep "$20-$30/hr (based on experience)". The quarterly bonus potential could be mentioned under Benefits instead of Pay. But the instruction says include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state "$20-$30/hr (based on experience)" and "Quarterly bonus potential". So we need to include both. However we should avoid duplication: we could list bonus under Pay only, and not repeat under Benefits. But the Benefits line also had "Bonus based on performance". If we omit that, we might lose that detail. But we could incorporate it as part of Benefits: "Performance-based bonus (quarterly)". That captures both. Then Pay section only has hourly rate. That seems reasonable and avoids duplication. Let's adjust: Benefits list: include "Performance-based bonus (quarterly)" instead of separate. Pay: "$20-$30/hr (based on experience)". Now check for any other duplicated content: "Training & development" appears both in initial Benefits line and later "Additional training/development opportunities". We'll keep one. "Opportunity for advancement" appears in initial Benefits line; we keep. "Free uniforms" appears. "Health insurance" appears. "Dental insurance" appears. "Employee discounts" appears. "Paid time off" appears. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: "Healthcare Contribution" from Compensation and Benefits. Include. "Cell Phone Reimbursement". Include. "Vision Insurance". Include. "Mileage Reimbursement". Include. Now check responsibilities: Did we include all? Let's list original Primary Roles and Responsibilities: - Complete site surveys prior to installation (to ensure accuracy of measurements, etc.) - Communicate with clients before, during and after the installation (walk them through the process, timeframes, etc.); present a professional demeanor - Install graphics to flat interior and exterior surfaces including walls, windows, floors, and ceilings - Wrap vehicles (partial or full wraps) - Cut and shape the graphics to fit each surface, heating and applying graphics, disassembling, and reassembling products during the application, using proper adherence and cutting techniques during application - Perform all necessary work to complete the installation; take photos of the work when completed - Work is both indoors and outdoors and requires everything from physical labor to detailed, artistic work - Install interior and exterior signage - Fabricate/Assemble Displays Other Roles and Responsibilities: - Assist the Production Team in building and completing sign & graphics orders when there are no installations to complete - Help to keep our studio tidy and organized to create a tour-ready environment for visitors - Work with a co worker to complete tasks seamlessly We included all. Now Required Skills list: - Able to fully wrap a vehicle solo (there will be a wrap test during interview) - 1+ years of experience installing a wide variety of large format sign and graphics projects such as dimensional letters, banners, post and panel signs, ADA signs, vinyl graphics, vehicle lettering and vehicle wraps, to name a few. - Highly motivated with a great attitude; a problem-solver at heart - Applicants should also have experience in Vinyl Production - Taping / Weeding / Masking - Able to lift 60lbs and swing a 3lb hammer - Highly detail oriented (we have a standard to uphold) We included all. Now About the role paragraph: we need to capture the intro before
