Job Description

A typical day for this contractor will involve:

• Design work for the company's website, digital ads, emails, and print assets for events.
• Ideation and deck building for senior design services.
• AI implementation and general senior design services.

Requirements

• Must have skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite.
• Teachable skills: Understanding of *** products.
• Optional skills: Motion, Animation.

Qualifications

• Can be fully remote, but not preferred.
• Willing to do remote for the right hire.
• Location requirements: San Francisco, Chicago, Indianapolis if possible.
• Not required to be near any hubs.
• Interview requirements: Discuss previous work, strategies, and working styles. Two to three interview rounds with assessments after the first interview.
• No consideration for over- or under-qualification.

Skills

• Advanced working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity/working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
• Familiarity/working knowledge of After Effects is a big plus.

Products & Industries Creative Team

• The Products & Industries Creative team at *** is seeking a Contract Sr. Designer.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent design craft, digital & print experience, and conceptual abilities.
• The role involves helping internal stakeholders define and solve complex marketing problems through concept, design, and execution.
• The successful candidate will flex between teams as needed, designing creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns.
• The role also includes designing webpages and presentations, and creating immersive experiences for events such as Dreamforce.
• The candidate should promote collaboration, develop and lead well-thought-out presentations, push for progressive thinking, manage multiple projects, and provide clear creative direction to external partners.

About the Role

• This person needs to be a do-er, with meticulous attention to detail, speed, and a great attitude.
• This is a busy season and they need someone who can jump in and swim with us immediately.
• Prior ***/tech experience is a plus.
