Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Dean, Director of the Center for the Arts, Campus Curator & Gallery Director, Chair of Performing Arts, faculty, and staff to develop creative concepts that support the School of Visual and Performing Arts' strategic marketing, recruitment, and branding goals.
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects from concept through production, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
- Design print and digital marketing materials, including posters, brochures, postcards, exhibition catalogs, event programs, signage, recruitment materials, advertisements, and other promotional pieces.
- Oversee the School's presence on the website and create engaging social media content to support recruitment, audience engagement, fundraising, and event promotion.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop integrated marketing campaigns for exhibitions, performances, lectures, admissions events, and community outreach.
- Prepare exhibition graphics, signage, and installation materials. Maintain institutional brand standards while incorporating current design trends and emerging technologies.
- Affiliate with all accreditation processes.
- Maintain and oversee the update of digital files for publicity and archival purposes.
- Attend School meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

- Community Engagement: Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other all-hands-on-deck gatherings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in a designing role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing websites through a content management system and creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong visual design, typography, branding, and layout skills.
- Knowledge of print production and digital publishing.
- Excellent project management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Photography, video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted design experience are desirable.
Other Duties
- Uses sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (attendance/representation for events).
Preferred Qualifications
- Proofing and editing experience.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (EMMA or similar) and basic web and social media analytics.
- Capable of lifting 30 lbs.
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $59,000.00 - $70,000.00. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
