About The Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our B2B Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand visual assets across various digital and print channels to support marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your work will include designing for email, web, social media, and sales enablement materials, transforming campaign objectives into compelling visual stories that engage target audiences. You will collaborate closely with marketers and internal stakeholders to develop concepts, produce deliverables, and ensure timely execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, web design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, creativity, and technical skills
  • PREFERRED: experience with Bootstrap/Flexbox, JavaScript/jQuery, Salesforce, email testing tools (e.g., Litmus), copywriting, web design, and video editing
  • Comfortable working on a Mac platform
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print initiatives, including email campaigns, landing pages, web/UI elements, social media content, event and tradeshow materials, and presentations
  • Manage the creative execution of email campaigns, including HTML support, testing, and proofing to ensure high-quality delivery
  • Handle multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Develop concepts and propose innovative creative strategies aligned with brand standards
  • Lead projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, provide design direction, and obtain necessary approvals
  • Utilize strong planning and project management skills to organize workload, communicate progress, and deliver results reliably
  • Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance creative output
