About the role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Email Graphic Designer to join our high-output, iteration-heavy team. This role is performance-first, focusing on paid social and email creative.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting static ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms
- Create structured creative variations for systematic A/B testing
- Translate performance data into new design iterations
- Rapidly iterate based on feedback from media buyers
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for conversion
- Use AI tools to generate visual concepts, variations, angles, and layout exploration
- Build modular ad templates that allow for fast testing at scale
- Develop structured naming, file organization, and creative testing workflows
- Improve internal systems to increase output without sacrificing quality
- Support the creative strategy team with rapid concept mockups
- Ensure consistent on-time delivery across accounts
- Use AI to accelerate research, competitive analysis, and visual exploration
- Cross-channel support (secondary focus): Support email marketing design when needed
- Collaborate on brand refreshes and visual system improvements
- Design high-converting email campaigns and automated flows
- Create modular, scalable email templates
- Build mobile-first, conversion-focused layouts
- Collaborate with strategists on structure, hooks, and offer framing
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple DTC accounts
- Continuously improve hierarchy, CTA structure, and visual clarity
- Use AI tools to accelerate concepting, layout exploration, copy refinement, and iteration
Requirements
- Must-have experience: 3-6+ years designing for DTC brands, strong portfolio of real paid social ad creative, experience designing high-performing static ads for Meta and TikTok, understanding of direct-response principles and conversion-focused design, experience working closely with performance teams or media buyers, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrated experience using AI tools in daily workflow, highly organized and able to manage multiple brands simultaneously, strong typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity across performance ads, strong portfolio of real email marketing work (not just mockups), experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP, reliable on-time delivery with minimal oversight, organized creative libraries and structured testing workflows, email creative quality elevated across all clients
