Graphic Designer - Luxury Space

About the role

As a Designer, you'll be responsible for translating brand strategy into visually stunning, on-brand creative across social media, paid ads, and digital campaigns. You'll work closely with Account Managers, content creators, and paid media strategists to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with affluent, high-net-worth audiences. This role requires experience in the luxury space, with an understanding of prestige visual branding, aspirational aesthetics, and high-end consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Luxury Brand Design & Visual Strategy
  • Design social media content, paid ad creative, websites and campaign assets for high-end clients, ensuring every deliverable reflects the brand's exclusive positioning.
  • Translate brand guidelines into cohesive visual systems across multiple client accounts, including typography, color, layout, and photo/video treatment.
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand campaign goals and translate strategic direction into visual concepts.
• Project Execution & Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Account Managers, content creators, and paid media specialists to execute visually stunning, aspirational marketing initiatives.
  • Support content calendar development by producing static and motion assets on schedule.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables are on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with the exclusive positioning of luxury brands.
  • Incorporate performance feedback and creative testing insights to refine and optimize visual assets.
• Growth & Optimization
  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate visual quality and creative differentiation across client accounts.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, luxury branding standards, and social media visual innovations.
  • Continuously optimize creative based on data, audience insights, and high-net-worth consumer behaviors.
• Organization & Workflow Management
  • Maintain organized project and asset tracking to ensure seamless collaboration and execution.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently across multiple high-end accounts.

Requirements

• Someone who understands brand strategy, not just execution
• A strong portfolio demonstrating luxury or premium brand design work
• 3+ years of experience in a design role within a 360 marketing agency or similar creative environment
• Proven experience working with luxury brands in hospitality, fashion, beauty, real estate, or lifestyle marketing
• Ideally someone who has experience in weddings + events
• Strong understanding of prestige visual branding, aspirational aesthetics, social media trends, and digital ad creative formats
• Experience designing for multiple high-profile client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines, tone, and aesthetic positioning without heavy direction
• Comfortable receiving and incorporating strategic feedback from Account Managers and clients
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects a plus
• Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Deep understanding of affluent consumer behaviors, luxury brand positioning, and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client engagement
