Duties And Responsibilities
- Support and execute company-wide rebranding initiatives, helping evolve and strengthen the AutoPayPlus visual identity
- Maintain, update, and expand the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and customer touchpoints
- Create and produce high-quality marketing collateral for print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, email graphics, event materials, signage, and promotional assets
- Create design mockups and visual concepts for landing pages, web graphics, mobile app interfaces, and other digital experiences that align with brand standards and marketing goals
- Design professional presentations, sales materials, and executive communication assets that effectively communicate complex information
- Perform basic image editing, retouching, and photo optimization for print and digital applications
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, messaging, and audience needs
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, industry best practices, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve creative output
- Coordinate with external vendors to source, produce, and distribute printed collateral, promotional products, branded merchandise, signage, and company apparel
- Prepare production-ready files and oversee print production processes to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Manage organized electronic file systems and digital asset libraries that allow creative materials to be easily accessed, edited, and reproduced on demand
- Manage version control and archival processes for brand assets, marketing materials, and creative projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Review proofs, production samples, and vendor deliverables to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist with creative support for company events, conferences, and Partner initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, HR, and executive leadership to translate business objectives into effective visual communications
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Experience creating and managing creative assets across print, digital, web, and branded marketing channels
- Portfolio Requirement: Required portfolio demonstrating professional design work across multiple media, preferably including brand identity systems, print collateral, digital marketing assets, web or landing page design, presentation design, and production-ready files
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Understanding of digital design best practices for websites and landing pages; Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation; Experience in creating presentations and marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or related presentation software; Strong file management and organizational skills
- Design Skills: Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual communication abilities; Understanding of branding and visual identity systems; Ability to translate marketing goals and business objectives into effective visual solutions; Demonstrated ability to create polished, professional designs with strong attention to detail; Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, consistency, and brand application
Preferred Skills
- Photography experience
- Photo retouching and advanced image manipulation
- Basic video editing or motion graphics experience
- HTML/CSS familiarity
- Experience supporting a company rebrand or brand refresh initiative
- Experience working with external print and promotional product vendors
- Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience using project management or creative workflow platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
