Essential Responsibilities
- Print and Collateral Design
- Prepare print-ready files for flyers, brochures (including z-fold), banners, business cards, and large-format items such as rugs and signage
- Create artwork for branded merchandise and swag items (t-shirts, hats, etc.)
- Email Marketing Design
- Design emails for campaigns managed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Digital and Social Media Design
- Create on-brand graphics and templates for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Develop and maintain corporate and brand-specific PowerPoint presentations
- Web and Digital Support
- Provide the web team with imagery, graphics, and style guide assets as needed
- Aid the social media team with formatted, platform-ready content assets
- Asset Library Management
- Maintain and organize a centralized library of digital and print assets across all four brands
- Ensure all visual assets produced and released represent our brands appropriately and effectively
- Coordinate and ensure appropriate approvals before assets are utilized
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including deck and template creation and management
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and/or WordPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple brands
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
- Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
