About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. This role is ideal for an early-career designer with a strong foundation in graphic or communication design and a passion for branding and packaging. You'll contribute to the development of brand identities, packaging systems, innovation concepts, and visual communication assets across a variety of industries.
What You Will Do
- Contribute to the development of brand identity and packaging design concepts
- Create compelling visual design solutions across packaging, branding, and communication projects
- Develop design explorations, concept boards, visual systems, and presentation materials
- Support large-scale brand and packaging line extensions
- Prepare artwork with attention to detail and production limitations
- Participate in critiques and apply feedback to strengthen design solutions
- Collaborate across graphic design, strategy, industrial design, and realization teams
- Present work internally and clearly communicate design rationale
- Stay informed on design trends, consumer behavior, culture, and emerging technologies
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field
- 1–5 years of professional experience (internships are included)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, and conceptual thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with packaging production, print processes, and dielines is a plus
- Experience with motion design, AI tools, or 3D visualisation is a plus
- Passion for branding, packaging design, and consumer products
- Strong visual design, typography, composition, and storytelling skills
- Interest in understanding how strategy translates into design solutions and in explaining the “why” behind their choices
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
