The company partners with clients across a variety of industries to deliver professional print products and marketing collateral.About the RoleWe are seeking a Graphic Designer / Pre-Press Specialist to transform client concepts into professional marketing materials while preparing artwork for commercial print production. This role combines creative design with technical pre-press expertise to ensure all files meet production standards and deliver high-quality printed results.ResponsibilitiesCreate visually engaging marketing materials based on client requirements.Prepare and optimize artwork for commercial print production.Review design files to ensure print accuracy, quality, and production readiness.Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and design expectations.Produce print-ready files for a variety of printed marketing materials.Support the production of large-format and commercial print projects.Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and quality standards.Manage multiple design projects while meeting production deadlines.QualificationsExperience in graphic design and print production preferred.Knowledge of pre-press processes and preparing print-ready artwork.Strong understanding of layout, typography, color management, and print specifications.Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.Strong communication and customer service abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with industry-standard graphic design software is preferred.Equal Opportunity StatementMinuteman Press Shelton is committed to creating an inclusive workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
