About the role

Storable is hiring a Graphic Designer to support the RV & Camping, Marine, and Storage businesses as part of the centralized design team. This hands-on, mid-career role translates established brand systems into clear, compelling marketing and communications across digital and print channels. You'll own assigned projects from brief through final delivery, partner with the design leader and business stakeholders to understand requests, clarify requirements, manage feedback, and deliver consistent work across channels. You'll also help the team scale its design support by improving templates, organizing reusable assets, and identifying ways to make recurring production work more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Create digital and print materials, including campaign assets, presentations, sales collateral, and event materials.
• Adapt designs for different formats, audiences, and channels while maintaining established brand standards.
• Own assigned projects from brief through final delivery, managing priorities and communicating progress along the way.
• Clarify requirements, identify gaps early, and align stakeholders on scope, timing, and deliverables.
• Present design work, explain creative decisions, and incorporate feedback while keeping the work aligned to the brief.
• Prepare production-ready files for digital publishing and print delivery.
• Review typography, layout, imagery, and overall file quality before delivery.
• Organize source files, templates, and reusable assets so the team can easily find and use them.
• Use AI-assisted design tools to explore concepts, adapt assets, and improve production workflows while applying sound creative judgment.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, visual quality, accessibility, and brand consistency, and identify opportunities to improve recurring design tasks.

Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital and print design, with attention to typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand application.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Experience managing design assignments independently from brief through delivery.
• Experience collaborating with colleagues outside design, incorporating feedback, and communicating project status and changes clearly.
• The ability to balance competing requests, ask useful questions, raise risks early, and meet deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools in design workflows and evaluating and refining AI-generated output for accuracy, visual quality, and brand consistency.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple brands, business areas, or specialty real estate, hospitality, or SaaS products.
• Experience creating presentations, sales collateral, event materials, or campaign systems.
• Experience building templates, maintaining design libraries, or improving recurring production workflows.
• Experience with motion design, video, or other emerging content formats.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams across regions and time zones.

Location & authorization

All applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States and able to work a hybrid schedule in the Bellevue, WA office. Storable is a fully distributed company but is currently only registered for employment in certain states. Pay

Potential Pay Range: $80,000 – $130,000 USD. The compensation offered will fall within this range based on internal budget, skills, and experience. Speak with your recruiter about the variable pay plan and earning potential.
