Essential Functions
- Afford creative execution of compelling visual content across digital and print channels.
- Adapt and resize creative assets across various channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, implement feedback, and complete projects on schedule.
- Prepare production-ready files, manage file organization, and maintain asset libraries to support efficient workflows.
- Stay current with design trends and brand best practices to elevate creative output and support visual storytelling.
Program Support
- Coordinate and help execute small-scale marketing and operational programs such as fundraising initiatives, regional campaign activations, promotional giveaways, or branded swag efforts.
- Manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of assigned programs.
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendors to track progress and communicate updates.
- Aid in light reporting and documentation of program outcomes for team review and optimization.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a creative, design, or production role, with a proven ability to execute high-quality work across digital and print mediums.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; ability to create polished, brand-consistent assets across multiple platforms.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) to streamline communication and workflows.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate across teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality control, ensuring all creative output meets brand and production standards.
- Flexible and resourceful team player with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools, techniques, and processes.
