Creates and maintains cross-functional presentations and executive decks. Manages franchisee marketing requests from intake through execution and provides marketing support for all field team needs and brand initiatives. Primary scope falls within design, digital and print graphics used in advertisements, customer and internal materials, and social media posts that align with the brand standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have: Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, PowerPointExcellent written & communication skillsAbility to manage multiple internal projects at a time and make quick changesKnowledge of print & digital advertisingKnowledge of social media content and advertising requirementsFamiliarity with paid media ad specs/requirements including but not limited to Google, META, and TikTokStrong Analytical skills and ability to articulate Creative briefs by projectBasic understanding and use of AI programs (catered towards design)Ability to manage outsourced vendor projects As part of your benefits package as an employee of Retrofitness, LLC, you will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid holidays and paid time off.
