Graphic Designer
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer II, you'll create engaging visual content that helps people better understand investing and make more informed financial decisions. Working on our Investing team, you'll partner with writers, marketers, video producers, product teams, and investing experts to bring educational content to life through thoughtful, compelling design. This role is focused on visual communication. You'll use graphic design, illustration, layout, typography, and visual storytelling to make complex investing topics easier to understand across blogs, educational web pages, videos, social media, email, downloadable resources, and interactive tools. You'll contribute creative ideas, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help ensure every visual experience is clear, engaging, and aligned with our mission of helping people invest with confidence. Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging content that makes investing concepts easier to understand and more approachable
- Serve as the visual design expert on cross-functional teams, helping elevate educational content through thoughtful, engaging design
- Design high-quality digital assets across blogs, educational web pages, videos, social media, email, digital ads, downloadable resources, and interactive tools
- Bring investing education to life through compelling graphic design that builds trust and confidence
- Collaborate effectively with writers, marketers, product teams, video teams, and investing experts to deliver cohesive, customer-centered experiences
- Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual content through collaboration, creativity, and customer insights
- Deliver thoughtful, polished creative work that helps people engage with investing resources and confidently take their next step
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic or digital design experience creating content across web, social media (Meta, YouTube, etc.), email, digital ads, and other digital channels
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design excellence, visual storytelling, motion graphics, educational content, or information design
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma
- Experience creating digital assets such as blog graphics, infographics, social media graphics, email assets, web page designs, digital ads, downloadable PDFs, and video motion graphics
- Excel at using graphic design, typography, layout, illustration, and visual hierarchy to make complex information easy to understand
- Comfortable designing for a variety of digital platforms while maintaining consistency with brand standards
- Enjoy collaborating with writers, marketers, product partners, video producers, and subject matter experts to create quality visual experiences
- Comfortable contributing creative ideas, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with stakeholders to increase engagement and conversion for our investing content
- Passionate about using design to educate, inform, and help people feel more confident about their financial future

Schedule & Location
Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site under the same roof, but flexible work schedules are offered to accommodate appointments, family obligations, and other needs. The campus features electronic sit-stand desks, quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, a recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas. Relocation assistance is available.
