Graphic Designer

About the role

Client is seeking a Senior Designer to support creative development and delivery across retail marketing campaigns. This role is focused on hands-on design and print file creation. Overall purpose: Utilize online authoring and graphic design tools to develop high-quality aesthetic materials.

Responsibilities

• Design retail level print creative
• Coordinate Brand and Legal reviews, revisions, and approvals
• Manage project schedules, print deadlines, and deliverables
• Ensure all work meets brand, legal, technical, and production requirements
• Communicate project status, risks, and delays to stakeholders
• Design, animate, produce rich media and flash marketing designs.
• Utilize authoring and graphic design tools to develop effective, engaging and interactive online materials.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, graphic designers, and other personnel to ensure the highest level of quality in final products.
• Possess ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Action Script – 3 years
• Adobe Flash – 3 years
• Microsoft Office Suites – 3 years
• Typography – 3 years
• Web based design and development – 0 years

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or related field – or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in graphic design and creative production. Agency or retail marketing is a plus
• Excel in time management for project schedules, print deadlines and deliverables
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Clear and concise communication skills

Pay

Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.

Schedule

Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Remote position; if local, optional monthly in‑office reporting.
