We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay/Schedule/Benefits only if posting actually states them. We have content: "Thank you for considering Progyny! Progyny is looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team." That's intro. Then "In this role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital, social, print, presentations, and integrated campaigns. You’ll partner closely with designers and cross-functional marketing stakeholders to create clear, compelling work that helps people understand and connect with Progyny’s products and mission." That's about role. Then "To be considered, please submit a PDF portfolio or a link to an online portfolio." That's application instruction; we must remove application instructions. So drop that. Then "What You'll Do..." heading. Then list of responsibilities: bullet points. Then "About You..." heading. Then list of qualifications/requirements. Then "Nice to have..." heading. Then list of nice-to-have. Then "Please note: This is not a digital nomad or remote international position; candidates must be based in the United States. Progyny is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future." This is location/visa info; not a required section but could be part of Requirements? Might be considered meta. We can include as a short paragraph under Requirements maybe. Then "About Progyny:" description of company; could be omitted? It's not required but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Progyny" is company overview; not required but we could include as a short paragraph maybe under a section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company overview under "About the role"? Might be okay but better to keep only sections with content. The instructions: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings; we can also use other headings? It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should stick to those. Probably we should only use those headings when appropriate. So we can have: - About the role: intro paragraph describing role. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe combine About You and Nice to have? Actually Requirements could be mandatory qualifications; Nice to have could be separate but we could still have a Requirements section and maybe a Skills section? The list includes Skills as separate heading. We could put technical skills under Skills. But we also have qualifications (education, experience). Could put those under Requirements. Let's decide: About the role: short paragraph. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do..." Requirements: bullet list from "About You..." (mandatory). Also include location/visa note maybe as a paragraph. Skills: bullet list of technical proficiencies (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma; strong PowerPoint skills; understanding of layout, typography, etc.) Could also include communication skills etc. But those are also in About You. Might duplicate. Better to separate: Requirements: education, experience, portfolio. Skills: technical and soft skills. Nice to have: could be under Skills? Or we could add a separate section "Preferred Qualifications" but not in list. Could incorporate into Skills as a subsection? But we must not invent sections with filler. We could add a "Preferred Skills" heading? Not in list. Safer to put nice-to-have under Skills as a bullet list prefixed with "(Nice to have)"? Might be okay. Benefits: we have "Our perks:" list. That's benefits. So we need a Benefits section with list. Pay: we have salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 for NYC-based applicants. Also mention total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, equity. So we have pay info. So we need Pay section. Schedule: we have "Flex days (3 days a week in the office) and onsite meals and snacks for employees reporting into our NY office". That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include application instructions (portfolio submission). Remove "To be considered, please submit a PDF portfolio or a link to an online portfolio." We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the company description? It's substantive but not under allowed headings. Could we put it under About the role? Might be okay but it's about company not role. However we could include a short paragraph under About the role that includes both role description and company overview? The instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine company overview into About the role section as a paragraph after role description. That seems acceptable. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    Schedule

Flex days (3 days a week in the office) and onsite meals and snacks for employees reporting into our NY office.

Check for any duplicated content: Benefits list includes Flex days etc; we also have Schedule section repeating that. Might be duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we include both Benefits and Schedule, we might duplicate the flex days sentence. Could we avoid duplication by moving flex days to Schedule only and not include in Benefits? But the benefits section originally includes that line as part of perks. If we remove it from Benefits, we lose that info from benefits. However we could keep it only in Schedule and note that it's also a benefit? The instruction says preserve all substantive information; we can keep it in either section as long as it's present somewhere. Duplication is not prohibited but we should avoid duplicated lines. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boiler
