Graphic Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for producing visual content across a wide range of formats including social media graphics, brand identity assets, advertising materials, digital campaigns, and pitch decks. You will work closely with the Creative Director and account teams to bring client briefs to life with speed and precision. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable switching between projects and styles throughout the day.

What You Will Do

• Design social media content, ads, and branded templates for multiple clients
• Develop brand identity assets including logos, color palettes, and style guides
• Collaborate with the video and content teams on motion graphic concepts
• Produce presentation decks, proposals, and client-facing materials
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Deliver production-ready files for both digital and print use
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from creative leads and clients

What We Are Looking For

• 2 or more years of graphic design experience, agency experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across digital and brand projects
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design work
• Understanding of social media format requirements across platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback
• Bonus: experience with motion design or After Effects
