Graphic Designer
About the role
Under the direction of the Art Director, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling design work across print, digital, and presentation formats to support business and marketing needs. This role spans marketing collateral, brand applications, web and email assets, infographics, and executive presentations — translating complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with internal and external designers, team members, and brokers to produce high-quality assets and materials
- Develop creative marketing materials that adhere to internal and partner brand standards and guidelines
- Design detailed graphics for use in marketing campaigns across all delivery channels including display advertising, social media, email, SMS, print, etc.
- Design layouts for landing pages, emails, and other digital marketing materials
- Design pitch decks and executive presentations
- Utilize project management software for workflow tasks and updates
- Leverage AI design tools to support concept development, asset creation, and workflow efficiency across digital and print projects
- Manage and maintain a central repository of brand assets, templates, and design files
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
- Other design-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education and experience
- 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (corporate or in-house)
- Lead Funnel UI design experience
- Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Working proficiency in Pitch, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
- Versatile design experience across print, digital, and presentation formats
- Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
- Understanding of brand systems and the ability to extend them across platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
