About the role
The Role
Monerarch is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of Creative Production, you'll be a hands-on craft designer producing the paid social creative that powers Monarch's growth engine.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce direct-response paid social static creative (and static-adjacent motion where needed) against briefs for active Meta testing sprints — every asset built to drive a specific action, informed by performance data
- Turn winning concepts into fresh variations and format extensions for continued testing
- Apply and maintain Monarch's brand and design system across every asset
- Translate briefs, rough direction, and performance signals into strong, on-brand first drafts that need minimal redirection
- Keep design files, templates, and asset libraries clean, organized, and reusable
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic/visual design experience, ideally in paid social or direct-response / performance creative
- A strong portfolio of static ad/social creative demonstrating craft, range, and typography/layout fundamentals
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- The ability to work fast and iterate at testing volume without dropping quality
- Capable AI fluency — comfortable using generative tools to work faster
Qualifications
- Nice to Haves: Motion design / After Effects, Experience in fintech or another regulated category, A track record of designing to performance data (iterating from CTR / CVR / ROAS signals)
