What You’ll Do
- Check orders and sign for accountability of Pre-Production requirements.
- (i.e., correct mail type, job numbers, copyrights, locations, times, spell check, bar codes, return addresses, etc.).
- A good portion of the work at times may involve you doing Typesetting.
- Prepare jobs for XMPie production and package properly for various vendors when needed, sending all orders with correct page layout specifications.
- Preflight & prep customer supplied art for variable printing and print production standards.
- Follow all basic templates for letters, tickets, envelopes, business reply cards, customer reply cards, self-mailers and private label templates.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of experience in Adobe Suite preferred.
- Knowledgeable and experienced working in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Have basic & navigational knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Able to learn quickly and utilize our internal system software to complete tasks.
- Must be able to deliver quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and great listening skills are a must for this position.
- Must be able to adapt to an open office or remote environment with account managers & sales team; communicate consistently with both teams daily.
- Can handle being interrupted on occasion by your peers for scheduling or graphics questions and be able to stay on task.
- Have a strong sense of variable data and how it works in a direct mail environment a plus.
- Ongoing individual and group sales training and coaching including one-on-one mentorship from industry leaders.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and SaaS.
