Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and execute innovative visual graphics and lead-generating marketing campaigns while collaborating with the Creative Team and Marketing Managers to promote dental consumables. This role ensures all visual marketing collateral meets branding guidelines and timelines and provides direction to external resources as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, strategize, and design a wide range of high-quality visual design deliverables, including print, digital, and motion graphics.
• Design and produce lead-generating integrated marketing campaigns and brand-related collateral, such as new product launches and sales support tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on graphic design, revisions, and specifications for product labels and packaging.
• Work with other designers, Marketing Managers, and Product Managers to understand requirements and provide creative, user-focused design solutions.
• Oversee projects from concept through production and maintain archives.
• Handle various levels of work, including campaign creation, product labeling, packaging, and production projects.
• Ensure marketing materials are accurate and distributed on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design development process from concept through production, preparing files for release.
• Contribute to strategic brainstorming, website experience, and campaign development with research and marketing teams.
• Support the establishment of creative and design direction for the company and enforce brand and style guidelines.
• Assist the marketing team in meeting product launch deadlines by completing assigned deliverables on time.
• Maintain a consistent level of quality in all visual graphics and collateral.
• Stay updated on design trends and foster the optimization and evolution of style.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities under the Envista Business System (EBS) and implement EBS tools into department activities.
