Graphic Designer
Full-time position in Forest, VA.
About the role
The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing and impactful designs that effectively communicate the Foster Fuels brand message across various platforms. This role involves working on digital and print design projects and collaborating with the marketing team and other operations departments to ensure content accuracy and consistency with company strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to produce content
- Follow or create brand design guidelines
- Develop ideas and collaborate to make design choices for company content
- Execute creative initiatives for marketing across print, email, web, and social channels
- Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals
- Develop graphics, images, videos, and designs using design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Create graphics for output via Watchfire Ignite
- Print and laminate signage/decals via Versaworks
- Prepare rough concept presentations for team feedback
- Incorporate feedback and amend designs
- Effectively utilize virtual means to communicate with other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
- 5 - 8 years' experience in graphic design

- Strong portfolio that showcases talent, skills, and creativity
- A high level of attention to detail, and project management with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker

Pay
Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 Annually
