Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required; advanced education degree preferredAt least one year of graphic design in a production environment Very strong verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management skillsMust be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopStrong digital content skills Prompt, reliable, and responsiblePrevious sign or print industry experience preferredPhoto touch up, straightening/scaling experience preferredExperience with roll to roll printers preferredStrong skills with Pantone, CMYK color space, ICC profiles and color management preferredProduction sign skills, i.e., weeding, masking, vinyl application, vehicle graphics application preferredGraphics or production management skills preferred Responsibilities - Collaborate with team members and customers on designs, proofs, and upload proofs to sales systemMaintain design template library with common artwork and logosPrepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to productionPerform customer logo maintenance and sourcingWork on different projects simultaneouslyEstablish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments Compensation And Benefits - Compensation - Commensurate with experienceYear End Performance based Bonus 401k ProgramPaid TrainingPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off (PTO) This is a Monday-Friday job with little-to-no evening or weekend hours!
