Graphic Designer

About the role

The successful candidate will design and produce original visual and multimedia materials in support of Enrollment Management marketing and communication efforts, with a primary focus on new student recruitment and enrollment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Concept development and design of high quality promotional materials
• Use of digital publishing and graphic design software including Adobe InDesign, Canva, WordPress, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of accessible design principles for all forms of media created

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multi-media, printing technology, or related field
• A minimum of three (3) years full-time experience in concept development and design of high quality promotional materials
• Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis

Qualifications

• Familiarity with principles, practices and techniques of digital art, graphic design, layout and illustration
• Experience working in a higher education or similar institutional setting
• Experience using an established design system to create new work
• Experience using project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication skills with non-design stakeholders
• Comfort receiving and incorporating feedback
• Ability to balance creativity with institutional branding constraints

Pay

$4,061.90- $6,092.84 monthly
