About the role
The Graphic Designer develops visually compelling and brand aligned creative designs that strengthen marketing, communications, fundraising, and organizational initiatives. This role manages a steady flow of design requests, producing high quality digital and print assets while ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms and programs.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill and organize marketing requests
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams on campaigns and projects
- Prepare files for print production and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Edit and enhance photos, illustrations, and multimedia content
- Assist with website graphics and basic UI/UX design elements
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Design high-quality print and electronic collateral
- Aid with fundraising appeals, events, and digital fundraising
- Ensure a cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms
- Digitize and archive marketing materials from current and previous projects
- Communicate consistently and effectively with senior leadership teams to inform and manage expectations
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or Marketing required
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, or other design tools required
- Knowledge of print production and digital design standards required
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills also required

- Possess superior organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to work independently and achieve high standards of productivity, achieving deadlines, and with superior product results
- Strong calendaring, organizational, and document management skills are required
- Proactive approach to solving problems and communicating to leadership
- Knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and office equipment required
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
