About the role
The graphic designer will create high-quality content for the brands they represent, driving website traffic and improving the customer experience. They will manage industry-leading social media feeds using customer photos, in-house lifestyle content, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills to produce engaging graphics. The role involves designing emails, website content, and branded products that align with brand tone and support overall brand success.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, platform-specific graphic content that aligns with company branding to meet monthly division goals, including:
- Lifestyle posts for Instagram & Facebook
- Advertisement graphics for sponsored posts
- Write creative content descriptions using market and platform knowledge to align with call-to-action goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to communicate effectively through graphic content.
- Take product photos that showcase company lifestyle and promote brand awareness.
- Prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs on time, occasionally under tight deadlines with minimal assistance.
- Help develop the skills of fellow graphic designers.
- Accurately track and report graphic metrics daily, with a full understanding of metrics, targets, and division goals.
- Work with limited assistance from the lead to improve the customer experience through graphic design.
- Assist in the development of new brand logos, colors, tone, brand guidelines, and magazine cover posters.
- Design, organize, and coordinate digital assets for email campaigns and digital marketing uses.
- Communicate design ideas verbally and in writing with the email team and division leads.
- Provide and drive new creative concepts while balancing brand consistency with innovation.
- Create apparel or product concepts, mock-ups, and assist with in-house ordering for employee orders.
- Assist in the creation and marketing of all apparel and branded products.
- Manage project workflow: Planning, Creation, Editing, Scheduling/Posting to Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Moderate-level email and website design, including layout, typography, and spacing for web-based projects.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree; Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
- 2+ years of graphic design experience.
- 1+ year of marketing experience.
- Prior experience in e-commerce preferred.
- Prior experience with Automotive Photography a plus.

Schedule
This is a full-time, onsite position in Stuart, FL, Monday through Friday.
Physical Demands
The role requires regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, and use of hands to handle or feel objects. Occasional lifting may be required.
