Graphic Designer

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating creative concepts into production-ready assets, building detailed schematics, and ensuring design accuracy throughout the production process. The position focuses on execution and technical graphic design rather than concept development.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed schematics, technical drawings, and tech pack assets for production use
• Prepare, organize, and maintain design files to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout the production process
• Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to execute graphics according to specifications and timelines
• Manage layer structures, dimensions, labeling, and file preparation requirements for production
• Apply knowledge of print and production processes to ensure artwork is optimized for manufacturing and output quality
• Review files for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established design standards
• Support special projects requiring strong technical graphic design and production execution skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in graphic production design, technical graphic design, packaging design, print design, footwear graphics, book design, typography, or similar production-focused design work
• Knowledge of pre-press processes, screen printing, trims, printing methods, and typography
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound design decisions while working within established creative direction
• Interest in footwear, consumer products, or production-focused design environments
• Experience supporting production teams and preparing artwork for manufacturing or print execution is preferred

Qualifications

• Experience using Adobe Illustrator and professional graphic design tools
• Portfolio demonstrating technical design execution, including schematics, production files, packaging or print processes, layer management, dimensions, labeling, and production-ready artwork
