Job Summary
CCA Global Partners is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Visual Merchandising team in Manchester, NH. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of graphics for merchandising programs based on creative direction, including logo development, displays, signage, product labels, brochures, POP, and tradeshow across CCA Global flooring divisions, as well as special projects.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Specialist to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects from concept through completion including revisions, approvals, and final delivery.
- Attend internal meetings and collaborate with visual merchandising and cross-functionally with other departments to understand creative needs, including purpose for creative request, design direction, and deadlines.
- Work with Creative Director to define graphics specifications and coordinate with vendors to ensure production accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain and evolve brand standards across multiple divisions and retail programs.
- Design and maintain visual merchandising guides, showroom tools, warranty guides and both customer and store member-facing resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field plus minimum of 3 years’ experience working in graphic design, with logo and brand development, small and large format printed graphics, and an understanding of print production, preferably in an in-house or advertising agency.
- Photography experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with Mac environment and with competency office software including Keynote, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Strong skills in time-management, and organization, to manage delivery of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to explain creative concepts and communicate with project managers and vendors.
- Knowledge of retail design is highly desirable.
