Graphic Designer
About The Role
As a CBRE Graphic Designer, you’ll bring ideas to life through high-impact, thoughtful design. Working as part of a collaborative team across offices, you’ll create polished print and digital marketing materials. This role is primarily in-office 4x/week and involves close partnership with local teammates as well as collaborate across our broader network. You’ll bring strong expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud—especially InDesign—along with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Motion or animation skills are a plus.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce integrated print and digital marketing assets (e.g., email campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, branding, and floor plans).
- Partner with stakeholders to understand goals, audience, messaging, and overall user experience.
- Demonstrate self-driven creativity and initiative, applying independent thinking to develop effective design solutions.
- Develop and iterate creative concepts; present ideas and refine work based on stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure all deliverables align with the brief, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and channel specific best practices.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to create compelling presentations and scalable marketing collateral.
- When required, maintain and update website content, including graphics and light front-end edits.
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files across formats, ensuring technical accuracy and distribution requirements are met.
- Manage production workflows, including estimates, vendor coordination, and quality control of final deliverables.
- Analyze vendor options and manage relationships to optimize cost, quality, and turnaround.
- Communicate clearly, proactively seek feedback, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Operate within established processes while continuously improving efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Continuously develop design, technical, and industry knowledge; adopt emerging tools and best practices.
- Demonstrate accountability for the quality and impact of work while upholding company values.
- Support additional initiatives as needed.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Express.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to follow established procedures and apply standard practices to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a naturally inquisitive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly present information visually and communicate ideas through design.
- Strong layout, typography, and publication design skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all deliverables.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to creative problem-solving and continuous skill development.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and incorporating feedback into creative work.

Compensation
The minimum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Graphic Designer position is $85,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
