About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their skills in both print and digital design. You will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms that align with Camco’s brand standards and marketing goals. A strong work ethic, critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce marketing materials including packaging, product catalogs, brochures, signage, and trade show assets
- Create digital assets for web, email campaigns, social media, and e-commerce platforms
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
- Prepare files for print production and ensure accuracy and quality control
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and industry best practices
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative reviews to strengthen team output
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and accountability in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2+ years of professional design experience (in-house or agency)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Experience with packaging design and print production is a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Proven dependability, adaptability, and initiative in delivering creative solutions on time
