Daily Responsibilities
- Create Marketing Assets: Design creative assets for both digital and print applications, including magazines, posters, banners, webpage graphics, product display pages, and social media.
- Create Promotional Materials: Develop creative graphics for various promotional materials and merchandise.
- Collaborate on Show Materials: Partner with internal teams to produce visual assets for trade and consumer shows, exhibition partnerships, and dealer events, ensuring alignment with AudioQuest’s branding and messaging.
- Develop Product Launch Assets: Produce graphics to support product launch campaigns, including announcements, email headers, launch kit assets, and web banners.
- Edit Photos and Optimizing Assets: Edit, resize, and optimize photos for use in print and digital platforms such as advertisements, websites, and online marketplaces. Ensure images meet file-size specifications and requirements while maintaining quality and resolution.
- Graphics Support: Assist lead photographer on photoshoots; ensure color consistency with product samples and across assets; proof colors, images, fonts, and text, ensuring all materials meet standards and align with brand guidelines; maintain an organized digital asset file structure to ensure easy access and streamlined workflow; upload finished files and maintain asset metadata within digital management tools.
- Maintain Branding Consistency: Help to establish consistent brand standards across all creative materials, maintain corporate identity, and follow brand procedures for The Quest Group and our products.
- Innovate and Expand: Continue to grow and expand our brand presence by producing fresh, innovative, and creative solutions for our evolving business needs, maintaining quality and consistency amongst all entities and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong sense of layout, color, and composition with the ability to create impactful and captivating designs.
- Experience in a production role utilizing image curation, visual storytelling, and photo manipulation skills.
- Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign - Illustrator a plus.
- Digital photography background in CMYK and RGB workflows.
- Strong understanding of print production and prepress workflows, including dielines, color accuracy, material considerations, and press-ready file preparation.
- Ability to maintain consistency across a large SKU catalog and evolving product lines.
- Strong understanding of product specs and ability to translate them into accurate visual/packaging content.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ability to coordinate across various departments to ensure accuracy of production files.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, switch priorities, and adjust schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Aptitude for working both individually and collaboratively in an environment that values creativity and flexibility.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong photo editing and design abilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years image editing and curation experience.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign - Illustrator a plus.
- Digital photography background in CMYK and RGB workflows.
Physical Job Requirements
- Sitting: Must be able to sit for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Walking: Throughout the facility on an as needed basis.
- Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Climbing: Must be able to climb stairs.
- Talking/Hearing: Must be able to effectively communicate on the telephone.
Compensation
$75-$90k, depending on experience.
