About the role
As a Graphic Designer on our innovative iLottery team, you will assist in developing visually impressive and engaging digital content that spreads happiness to millions of players globally. This role combines your creative skills with the fast-moving digital marketing sector, working alongside industry experts to elevate our brand and player experience.
Responsibilities
- Build compelling marketing and promotional assets, including cross-channel banners, email graphics, social media visuals, digital ads, and landing page creative.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to adapt creative across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.
- Maintain and evolve the iLottery brand identity, ensuring consistency across campaigns and marketing channels.
- Prepare production-ready files and manage an organized digital asset library.
- Contribute creative input during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
- Partner with marketing and analytics teams to understand creative performance and refine future builds.
- Stay current on design trends and digital marketing guidelines to keep visuals fresh and engaging.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of professional experience working as a graphic designer within digital-centric settings.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); familiarity with Figma is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of visual styles, with an emphasis on digital campaigns and mobile-first development.
- Solid understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, motion, and user-centered design.
- Experience crafting for multi-channel marketing campaigns (web, social, email, app).
- Highly organized with excellent file management skills and a dedication to pixel-perfect, production-ready assets.
- Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and collaborate effectively.
- Experience crafting video content, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.
- Experience with HTML and CSS is advantageous.

Pay
Pay range: $56,000 - $104,000 per year. Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals, including criminal background checks, fingerprinting, and licensing with applicable gaming regulatory authorities. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
