About the role
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Arc. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the shaping of a category-defining brand in the marine industry. You will be part of a creative team that is reimagining how vessels are powered and designed.
Responsibilities
- Designing across various brand touchpoints including social media, web, email, events, presentations, advertising, and print collateral.
- Supporting the development and evolution of Arc's visual identity across digital and physical experiences.
- Translating creative briefs into thoughtful, on-brand design solutions that communicate with clarity and purpose.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, product, and experience teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life.
- Preparing production-ready files and working with vendors to ensure quality execution.
- Organizing and maintaining creative assets, templates, and design systems that scale across the organization.
- Contributing to creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and campaign development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience at a consumer brand, startup, agency, or creative studio.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital, social, web, print, and brand applications.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of craft.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and apply feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience working with premium consumer, technology, automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
- Motion design, animation, or video editing experience.
- Digital production, photo retouching, or on-set experience.
- Experience supporting experiential marketing and events.
- Passion for design that evokes emotion and drives action.
- Enthusiasm for boating, watersports, the outdoors, or emerging technology.
