About the role
As an existing Graphic Designer, you are confident and boundary-pushing in your ideation, development, and communication of conceptual vision into tangible creative solutions that are innovative, dynamic, and memorable by flexing your cross-channel creative prowess in experiential, integrated campaigns, and digital/social media.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in diverse team settings and is experienced in working effectively with strategists, creative directors, art directors, project managers, production, account leads, and event production. You are a high-performing team player who understands the need for creative collaboration, proactive thinking, and ownership of creative solutions through on-point time management and unmatched attention to detail. You are cool under pressure and take pride in supporting young designers and creatives to deliver top-notch creative with tight turns. Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in the delivery of outstanding creative and results, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment with strategists, PR/Comms, Partnerships, and Experiential teams, delivering creative that is on-brand, works hard, and stands out.
- Concept creative from brief to product with the ability to self-manage your workload amid tight timelines.
- Successfully advocate your creative ideas by confidently presenting to leadership, stakeholders, and clients.
- Articulate and rationalize creative decisions with strategic insights.
- Confidently contribute as part of both in-house creative teams (across design, copy, and conceptual disciplines) and working with freelance specialists, committed to delivering high-quality creative ideas that are well communicated and demonstrably impactful.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience within a marketing agency or similar setting.
- Proactive interest in design, creativity, and wider cultural topics (fashion, sport, music, entertainment, art, etc.), sharing your findings with peers and able to integrate them into your work.
- A natural curiosity for the unique, the buzz-worthy, and the culturally relevant with a willingness to push forward brave, new ideas.
- A portfolio of creative projects that demonstrate brilliant thinking and high-quality execution (that you can articulate your role in developing).
- The ability to adapt to new ideas, processes, and business problems with ease and enthusiasm.
- Excellent interpersonal communications (written and verbal), creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote. A working knowledge of Google Slides and iCloud is also required.
- Teamwork and collaboration are non-negotiable.
Skills
- Ability to use other creative platforms such as Adobe would be an advantage.
- Curiosity and a keen desire to understand how and why people behave.
- Wide and varied cultural interests – bringing a unique point of view and lived experience to the team.
- Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the creative and strategic development of a brand campaign, and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team/ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Schedule

Pay
Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills, and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits.
- Hiring Rate Minimum: $53,081 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds).
- Hiring Rate Maximum: $70,775 annually.
