We’re partnering with a growing, creative organization in Central Florida to hire a Graphic Design & Marketing Manager who can combine exceptional hands-on design skills with ownership of day-to-day marketing execution. This is a role for someone who wants to lead, create, and execute. You’ll have the autonomy to bring ideas to the table, identify opportunities, and keep marketing initiatives moving, but you’ll also work closely with an engaged CEO who enjoys being part of the creative process and regularly brings new concepts and priorities to the table. The right person will thrive in that balance. You should be confident enough to take the lead without needing step-by-step direction, but collaborative and adaptable enough to receive feedback, shift gears, and take someone else’s idea and make it even better. You won’t be territorial about where an idea comes from, you’ll care about producing great work and getting things done. The ideal candidate is a strong graphic designer first, with solid marketing experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
