Grants Manager A/B

About the role

The Grants Manager B position is based at the New Bolton Center in Kennett Square, PA, approximately 33 miles outside of Philadelphia. There is no public transportation available to this location. You must have your own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Aid in overseeing complex clinical and laboratory programs, including invoicing and receivable tracking.
• Pre-award grant management, including proposal and agreement processing.
• Post-award grant management, including budget and compliance oversight.
• Support the business manager in payroll changes, procedures, and oversight, etc.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Business Objects and Oracle is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required, and familiarity with university accounting and grant management systems is a plus.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $77,330.00 - $80,000.00 Annual Rate
