About the role
The Grants Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire grant lifecycle from submission to closeout. This includes managing relationships with funders, preparing and submitting proposals, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage grant submissions and ensure timely delivery to funders.
- Oversee proposal development and review process.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., public administration, finance).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in grants management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state grant programs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
