About the role
The S/S American Victory was launched in 1945 and served in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Today, the American Victory Ship is open daily to the public for tours. As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we are truly a grass roots effort and rely on our amazing volunteers!
Responsibilities
- Write grants to secure funding for the ship's maintenance and repairs.
- Contribute to various maintenance tasks including welding, plumbing, engineering and electrical work, chipping, painting, sanding, miscellaneous deck work, and special projects.

Dedicated and knowledgeable about grant writing.
