Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain clinical partnerships by assisting in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing sites to meet program growth and placement needs.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance for students, clinical faculty, and adjunct instructors to ensure all documentation and requirements align with facility, accreditation, and program standards.
- Communicate with clinical partners as needed to confirm documentation and placement readiness.
- Accurately manage compliance to support the grant’s focus on creating psychologically safe, well-supported clinical settings that enable thriving and resilience.
- Cookordinate operations for assigned clinical practice areas, including scheduling placements, tracking documentation for assigned sites, and maintaining records and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Practice Operations Manager to ensure placements within these areas are accurate, current, and support overall program goals.
- Coordinate special initiatives related to clinical expansion, process improvement, and workflow standardization as the College grows from approximately 395 to over 650 clinical placements across programs over the next 2–5 years.
- Coordinate adjunct faculty engagement and onboarding, including communication, documentation, and FLAC processing in collaboration with the Assistant Dean of Finance & Administration, the Provost Office FLAC Coordinator and HR, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to institutional policies.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Master's degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years in similar role is required. 4-6 years experience is preferred.
