Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all grants and reimbursable contracts
- Provide guidance in interpreting and executing applicable regulations
- Ensure that documentation, application, and reporting requirements are met
- Create and memorialize policies/procedures/systems
- Work with program managers to create and inform program budgets
- Maintain a system for policies and best practices related to PBRC compliance with grants
- Review and approve all grant-related payment requests
- Annually review and update Grant Management Policies
- Nurture current foundation relationships
- Aid in grant-writing and editing
- Develop fundraising goals for organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising
- Strong attention to details, with experience in grant writing and grant management
- Computer literacy, including competency with MSWord, Excel, websites, and database management
- Strong commitment to helping the community and ensuring equal access to justice
