Responsibilities

  • Analyzing complex operational challenges within the health services sector to develop strategic solutions
  • Managing client support workstreams and delivering operational excellence in grant administration
  • Utilizing business data analytics to enhance operational processes and drive business transformation
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights for process optimization
  • Implementing quality standards and operational strategies to improve business performance metrics
  • Leading change management initiatives to support business transformation and operational effectiveness
  • Conducting market research to inform operations strategy and support provider business operations
  • Planning and managing project resources to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Facilitating process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in operations management
  • Collaborating with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in operations support

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills
  • Utilizing operations management and process optimization techniques
  • Excelling in stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Embracing change and intellectual curiosity in dynamic environments
  • Applying management consulting and business transformation strategies

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

Schedule

This position is full-time.
