Responsibilities

• Provide training, support and assistance to hourly team members
• Work side by side with hourly team members in the facility
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations
• Work longer hours in challenging conditions

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar
• High school diploma or GED
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Ag Mechanics or similar
• Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
• Physical requirements: physically strenuous, work in tight and confined spaces, work at heights, frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, ascend/descend ladders, wear PPE

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Ag Mechanics or similar

1 year experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar

Pay

$65,000-$72,000/yr

Schedule

This job will be 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm, M-F but you will work outside those hours sometimes, including weekends.

Equipment Used

• Variety of grain handling equipment, mainly conveyors and legs

Material Handled

• Bulk commodities: wheat, corn, soybeans, etc
