About the role

Mignon, an agile company in the event and creative industry, is looking to strengthen its core team with an engaged Graphic and Web Designer who is also proficient in Social Media Management. We are a dynamic agency, event organizer, and location manager that specializes in the conception and implementation of unique events across our various locations. From the "Winter Spectacle Hamburg" on the Bahrenfeld Trabrennbahn to business conferences at Villa Mignon, green congresses at our city farm in Sülldorf, or legendary and inspiring evenings at the Delphi Showpalace in the Schanze - every idea and detail comes from one hand and good minds at Mignon.

Responsibilities

• Development of appealing graphics and designs for print and online media
• Design and maintenance of the company website www.migus.de
• Participation in the conception and execution of social media strategies and campaigns

Requirements

• Completed degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or comparable qualification and first work experience
• Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, ggf. AfterEffects) and HTML/CSS
• Experience in Social Media Management and the use of analysis tools
• Conceptual strength and experience in creating corporate designs (advantageous)
• Experience with WordPress would be advantageous but not required
• High creativity, initiative, and teamwork skills
