Graduate - Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Validate mixed-signal power ICs using innovative testing methods and concepts
• Develop and optimize validation processes using scripting and automation tools
• Define bench validation plans and configure equipment setups
• Analyze validation data and collaborate with design, test, and applications engineering teams to identify root causes of bugs

Qualifications

• Education: Graduating within the next year with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
• Circuit Knowledge: Basic understanding of analog and digital circuits; power electronics background is a plus
• Lab Skills: Familiarity with benchtop test equipment such as power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes, and multimeters
• Scripting Experience: Knowledge of scripting languages such as LabVIEW, Python, or similar tools
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative and detail-oriented mindset
• Citizenship requirement: US citizen or green card holder (proof of US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3))

Location: Andover, MA, United States. Indicative salary range: US$62,000.00 – US$76,080.00.
