Graduate Therapist Intern – Outpatient Mental Health Clinic(2027)

About the role

The Graduate Therapist Intern provides individual, family, and/or group therapy under the supervision of an appropriately licensed supervisor at one of eight outpatient mental health clinics across Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, Allegany County, Frederick County, or the youth crisis response program in Baltimore City. Interns also develop and implement treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, serve as a clinic‑school liaison when applicable, manage a caseload, use the electronic medical record, and complete documentation timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy under supervision
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
• Serve as liaison between the clinic and school/partnership program (if applicable)
• Provide case management for assigned caseload
• Successfully utilize the electronic medical record
• Complete all required documentation on time

Schedule

Typical internships require 2‑3 full days per week, Monday through Friday.
