Graduate Strategy Consultant - Analyst

About the role

As an Analyst you will be a core part of the project team, fulfilling client engagements across a range of project types and industries. You will start by assisting more experienced consultants and, as you develop, take ownership of your own workstreams. The role offers exposure to Partners and Clients from day one and the chance to contribute to internal initiatives such as recruitment, social‑impact projects, and the social committee.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants on client engagements.
• Own key pieces of analysis and execute research programmes.
• Write sections of client reports.
• Lead smaller workstreams and, as you progress, supervise interns.
• Contribute to Plural Team activities (recruitment, social‑impact projects, social committee).

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• Previous internships or entrepreneurial activities demonstrating commercial acumen.
• Involvement in student societies or other extracurricular activities showing personal impact and leadership.
• An open mind with a drive to learn new skills and develop.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative culture.
• Language skills can be advantageous but are not required.

Pay

Salary: $95,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus.
