Responsibilities
- Log and Data Analysis: Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues.
- Issue Triage & Resolution: Work closely with our engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets, providing them with initial findings and relevant information from your log analysis.
- Feature Development: Assist in the bug fixing and initial development of new features, contributing to the building out of our products and solutions.
- Collaborate and Document: Serve as a key link between Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and a quick path to resolution. Maintain clear and concise documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Natural curiosity and a passion for problem-solving, with a strong ability to figure out issues and get to the root cause.
- A genuine interest in software development and a strong desire to build a career in engineering.
- Ability to work independently to find solutions to complex problems and be flexible and responsive to changing requirements and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a variety of audiences.
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript) and a basic understanding of software systems is a plus.
- Experience with Application Observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Pay
$76,240 - $95,300 (Depending on Experience)
